Ron Gallo (Toy Soldiers), Reed Kendall (Up the Chain) and Mike Baurer (EX Toy Soldiers & It’s Us) have teamed up together to form a ,what they like to call, “Party Blues / Rock” group called Charles Barkley‘s Golf Career.

Their motto is “Have you ever seen Charles Barkley swing a golf club? Yeah, we’re like that.”

The little side project released a two songs earlier today in an EP entitled, “Slam Putt” that features a cover of a golf ball painted like a basketball and 8-bit font. Classy.

Little back story, the track “I Die Blues” is the first song Toy Soldiers, as a duo, ever wrote back in 2007 re-record in 2012 now with bass.

Charles Barkley’s Golf Career will be performing on January 4th @ Hard Rock Cafe with Don McCluskey, New Sweden and The Quixote Project.

This has been the best month ever for us over here at FYP!!!
