Yes a little under one year ago, FYP was created. I just wanted to thank each and everyone of you that continue to stop by and check to see what we have to offer!
We have in total a little over 6300+ hits since Jan. of 2011! I never even thought that would happen. It may not seem like a lot to some other bloggers, but to me it’s a thrill to provide my input into the amazing Music & Arts scene in Philadelphia.
I hope to double the hits before the 200th post! Couldn’t do without you guys!

News: Thank You, PART 4, and FYP podcast!
I would like to take a moment and thank everyone who came out to Johnny Brenda’s to support The Heat Run, Up the Chain & Griz during the FYP Takeover Showcase part III!
It was a wonderful turn out and all the acts were simply incredible.
Big thanks to Johnny Brenda’s and the staff for being amazing and such lovely hosts for us! (except if they cut the cucumbers to thin).
In other news…
It looks like November 18th 2011 will be the next date for FYP Takeover Showcase live at The Fire. Still looking for acts, but as soon as I know I will be getting all this information to you!
Episode One of the Folk You Philly podcast with Kevin Killen will drop tomorrow!
